SHIPPING POLICY

We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.

We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.

· All the products purchased through our website are delivered everywhere in India.

· Delivery time varies between 3 to 8 days across country.

· SHIPPING CHARGES : Below 999/- Rs 70 will be added, Free shipping above 999/-

· Delhivery Express is our preferred courier partner.

· We assure a refund in case of damaged or wrong product delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

· Return request must be communicated within 2 days of product receipt.

· Call us or send a WhatsApp message @ +91 (8882736156) to initiate a return request.

· We will get the item picked up from your place at a mutually agreed time and date.

· You will receive a full refund (both Online and COD Payments) within 7 working days after we receive back the product in good condition.
